Information We Collect
When you apply for coaching through this site, we collect the information you provide in the application form, including your name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle (optional), age range, fitness goals, what's held you back in the past, time zone, best time to reach you, and any other details you choose to share.
Cookies and Third-Party Services
This site does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. The only third-party service involved in loading this page is Google Fonts, which may process your IP address as part of delivering font files. See Google's privacy policy for details on how they handle that data.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information to evaluate your application, communicate with you about your application status, and, if you're accepted, to provide coaching services. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
How We Store and Protect Your Information
Application data you submit is stored in a private system accessible only to HJKfitness and its team. We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain application information for as long as needed to evaluate your application and, if you become a client, for the duration of our coaching relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. You can request deletion at any time — see "Your Rights" below.
Sharing Your Information
Your information may be shared with HJKfitness team members, such as our assistant Iris, solely for the purpose of reviewing applications and providing coaching services. We do not share your information with outside parties for marketing purposes.
Children's Privacy
This site and our coaching services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@hjkfitness.com. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of in that regard.
International Users
This site is operated in the United States, and any information you provide is processed and stored in the United States.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
