Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or submitting a coaching application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to apply for or participate in HJKfitness coaching. HJKfitness coaching is currently offered exclusively to women. By applying, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
Application & Acceptance
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the coaching program. Applications are reviewed by Jasmine or her assistant, Iris, to determine fit. We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion, for any reason.
Coaching Services
If accepted, coaching packages, pricing, and payment terms will be provided directly to you and governed by a separate coaching agreement entered into at that time.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel before your coaching start date, you are eligible for a full refund of any amount paid.
Once your coaching start date has passed, cancellations are subject to an early termination fee equal to 50% of the remaining balance on your program. Your remaining balance is calculated as your monthly coaching rate multiplied by the number of months left in your program at the time of cancellation.
For example: if your monthly rate is $400 and you enroll in a 4-month program, cancelling after your 2nd month leaves 2 months remaining ($800). You would owe 50% of that remaining balance, or $400.
Billing. Coaching fees are billed monthly, beginning on the date of your first payment. Your billing date does not change based on your program start date — it recurs on the same date each month as your original payment.
Access After Cancellation. If you cancel after your coaching start date, your access continues through the end of your current paid billing period — one month from your most recent payment date — after which your access will conclude.
User Conduct
When using this site or communicating with HJKfitness, you agree to provide accurate information, not to impersonate any person, and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it.
No Guarantee of Results
Individual results from coaching vary and depend on many factors, including your effort, consistency, and starting point. HJKfitness does not guarantee specific results.

Any testimonials or transformation photos shared on this site reflect individual clients' experiences and results, which are not typical and are not guaranteed for every client.

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold HJKfitness harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the site or coaching services.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to coaching services at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms or the eligibility requirements above.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or coaching services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
